Bed Bro Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the Bed Bro platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds in Pakistani Rupees, claiming a promotional offer or placing a bet on any game — you are confirming that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you are accessing Bed Bro on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. These Terms apply at all times during your use of the platform.

To open and use a Bed Bro account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bed Bro does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit or play.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of a business or legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or contractor of Bed Bro or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list previously submitted to Bed Bro or any associated gaming network.

Bed Bro reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any funds held until verification is resolved.

Each eligible person may hold only one account on the Bed Bro platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If Bed Bro identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the original may be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your Bed Bro account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name, as it appears on your CNIC or passport.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.
• A valid mobile number and email address belonging to you.
• Your accurate residential address in Pakistan.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Bed Bro will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Bed Bro support immediately at support@bedbro.bet.

Bed Bro reserves the right to refuse any registration request at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

All deposits and account balances on Bed Bro are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bed Bro does not charge any fee for standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Bed Bro's control.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, depending on your payment method and account verification status.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Bed Bro reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before crediting large deposits.
• Funds deposited at Bed Bro may only be used for gaming purposes and cannot be transferred to other users.
• Bed Bro is not a financial institution. Deposited funds do not earn interest.
• In the event that a deposit is credited in error, Bed Bro reserves the right to reverse the transaction upon discovery.

Withdrawals from your Bed Bro account must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though Bed Bro may apply processing schedules for very large amounts and may request source-of-funds documentation.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: typically 2–5 minutes after approval.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: typically under 15 minutes after approval.
• IBFT bank transfer: typically under 2 hours after approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank.
• VIP members (Gold and above): prioritised queue — typically instant for mobile wallets.

Bed Bro reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory identity or source-of-funds verification. Players who have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements may have the withdrawal processed after any bonus balance is removed from the account, unless the player elects to forfeit the bonus prior to requesting the withdrawal.

Bed Bro offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback, free spins and seasonal promotions. All offers are subject to the general terms below, plus any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device or IP address.
• Bed Bro reserves the right to withdraw, amend or modify any promotional offer at any time.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only and can be claimed once per eligible player.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, stated clearly on each offer. The default wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount.
• While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is Rs 2,000. Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward wagering and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window stated on the offer. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically at the end of the window.
• Real money funds are always used before bonus funds unless the player selects otherwise.
• Bed Bro reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting or exploitation of promotional terms.

The VIP cashback programme credits are applied to net losses calculated weekly and are subject to the cashback rates applicable to the player's current VIP tier. Cashback at Bed Bro carries no wagering requirement and is credited as withdrawable real money every Monday.

All games available on the Bed Bro platform operate using independently certified random number generation (RNG) software. Game results are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by Bed Bro, its staff or any third party after a bet has been placed.

Crash games, including Aviator, use a provably fair algorithm. The outcome hash for each round is published before betting opens and can be independently verified by any player using the verification tool in their bet history.

• By placing a bet on any game, you accept the published rules for that game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome will be determined based on server-side records. Bed Bro's server timestamp of your cashout or bet action is the authoritative record.
• In the event of a software or technical error that materially affects a game result, Bed Bro reserves the right to void the round and refund bets placed.
• Bed Bro may set minimum and maximum stake limits per game, which are displayed within each game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bed Bro platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during verification, using stolen payment credentials or impersonating another person.
• Multi-accounting: Opening more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any multi-player game on Bed Bro.
• Bonus abuse: Using software, bots, multiple accounts or systematic strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine gaming intent.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate deposit with your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Continuing to play if you are aware of a software error that is materially affecting game outcomes in your favour.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the Bed Bro platform unless explicitly permitted by Bed Bro in writing.
• Money laundering: Using the Bed Bro platform for any purpose related to money laundering or the concealment of funds from illegal activity.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect. Increases require a 48-hour waiting period.

• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Bed Bro platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any content from the Bed Bro platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on Bed Bro's software or content.
• Use any content from Bed Bro for commercial purposes or in any way that suggests an endorsement by Bed Bro.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bed Bro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including lost profits, lost gaming opportunities or data loss.

Bed Bro's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bed Bro does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

Bed Bro reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure).
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant. A dormant account fee of Rs 500 per month may be applied after the dormancy period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-linked winnings may be forfeited. Verified real money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met, unless the closure is due to fraud or money laundering concerns, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Bed Bro support at support@bedbro.bet. We will process the request within 24 hours and facilitate withdrawal of any remaining verified real money balance.

Bed Bro collects and processes personal data from registered players for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, payment processing and compliance with applicable regulations. Bed Bro does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

By registering a Bed Bro account you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data held by Bed Bro, subject to any legal retention obligations. Data deletion requests can be submitted to support@bedbro.bet. Note that deletion of account data may result in account closure.

Bed Bro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Bed Bro will notify registered players via email and through a notice on the platform homepage. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Bed Bro platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Bed Bro platform shall first be referred to Bed Bro's internal dispute resolution team by emailing support@bedbro.bet.

Bed Bro will acknowledge dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
